Yep, I am now adding the fringe site "Americans for Truth About Homosexuality" To my Boycotted Organizations list.
This site is very Homophobic and the hate rather rolls off the page there. Their latest target seems to be Dan Savage. Dan Savage continues pointing out truths about Homophobic Rick Santorum.
And Because of recent events I will be creating an "All American Hero" Award to highlight people whom I think have done good things and have stood up to Homophobia etc.

Scott Walker Recall

The Right to defend your home
Over in Oklahoma, a few days ago, some thugs tried to break into a home where a young woman and her child were residing. Her husband had passed away due to cancer and she was alone with her child.
These thugs started breaking into her home and she called 911. The 911 operator said do what you have to, to defend the child.
She blew away the first thug that entered her home. He was armed with a knife and clearly ment to kill her.
The Second thug was arrested and get this, charged with first degree murder of his partner. Some how, Oklahoma law allows the partner of a thug that got killed while trying to committ a crime, to be charged with Murder of the partner.
Good. I hope they throw the book at the second thug.
As for the right of the woman to blow away the first thug, I say good for her. Yes I do support her right to defend herself. She did the right thing because that was her home, and its very very clear that the thugs were going to kill her.

Hello everyone, I have a major Head ache so I will not be typing much today.
Looks like ole Pat Robertson is at it again. He accuses President Obama of being a Dictator simply because he made a Recess appointment. Now if I understand right, when Congress is out of session, then the President can make recess appointments. Oh, there is also that thing about having a Quorum and having one man come in for 30 seconds to hold a False Session of Congress does not cut it. I would think that a session of Congress should have a full house... In other words, 100 senators and 430 Reps should be present before a full session is convened. Having one man does not count. Beth Harwell, truthfully, is redistricting the State of Tennessee so that the Republican'ts will have an easier time keeping the state house Red. Beth Harwell told the biggest Lie I ever heard when she said that she had no choice but to merge two Democratic Districts in Nashville. Beth Harwell's plan would cause a great many African Americans not to have representation in the Legislature. But then, Beth Harwell doesn't give a Damn. All she wants to do is make sure Tennessee is a Fundamentalist Reconstructionist Dominionist State for years to come.

What I want in a President of the United States
When I voted for Obama in 2008 I was hopeful that we would get a strong Liberal President who would with-in 24 hours of taking office, order all troops in Afghanistan and Iraq home and would close down Get-mo. We also hoped he would end all the American Patriot Act provisions that are totally illegal and against the Constitution.
What we got instead is a Coward who has no spine and rolls over and walks lock step with each demand of the Republican't Corporate Teabagger party.
What I want in a President is thus:
Someone who will veto any change to Social Security (This includes vetoing any provision raising the retirement age), Disability, Medicare and Medicaid. Someone who will stand up to the Fundamentalist Reconstructionist Dominionist Church and will send the IRS after each infraction of the non-profit Tax Laws. I want a President who will stand up to the Republicans and not give a single micrometer.
I want a President who does not call disabled, the Poor and those out of work, Leaches like Rand Paul, Rick Perry, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich and other Teabag Politician have done.
I want a President who will make single payer the law of the land concerning the Health Care issues.
I want a President who will make the people number one, not Corporate banker America.
This is a good start, So far, no candidate running for office meets this list.

The worse Congressional Representative ever!!!
After the problems with SOPA and how our dear leader, Diane Black supported this dismal law that will kill the Internet, I will be doing all I can to make sure Diane Black's next job is in Murfreesboro, Smyrna or some other town in her soon to be former congressional district. Ms. Black is a danger to the Internet. She also is not representing her district at all. She signed a pledge with Grover Norquist and thus she represents his district on Wall Street instead of Murfreesboro. I do feel sorry for those down in Murfreesboro because Diane Black refuses to represent them at all.
This is what you get when a Congressional or Political candidate signs a no tax pledge, (Thus becoming the slave of Grover Norquist) or the Protect Marriage Pledge (Thus becoming the slave of the Family Rights Movement) or the Personhood USA Pledge. And the winner of the 2012 Iowa Caucuses is
Apparently its Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum. Ron Paul who for a while was leading the Caucuses comes in third. There is a tie for first which is something else.
I really didn't expect much from this race. It was clear that a Republican't would win. Looks like a Hard Right Candidate and a far out Fundamentalist Reconstructionist Dominionist Candidate won. Romney has fewer problems than the rest of the pack of jackals. Just like the rest of the pack, Romney hates the elderly and Social Security. However, Rick Santorum let it be known that he hates African Americans (Even though he later retracted this). Rick Santorum is one of those Fundamentalist who feels that people should never retire and that all of society should not leach off the billionares and trillionares. Of course we cannot forget that Santorum had his kids enrolled in a Virginia School, during his tenure as a Senator, and yet had those same kids listed as being from Pennsylvania. Santorum later corrected this but still its right there. Also Santorum tried to make free public weather data unfree. He wanted to lock it behind a wall and have companies, like his Accuweather be the only ones who could give out Weather Data, for a price. Rick Santorum is corrupt to the core. He often bashes Gays, Women, and non Fundamentalist. He feels the freedom of Religion is Freedom to worship the Fundamentalist religion which by the way, is barely Christianity.
I fear a Rick Santorum presidency. First, Santorum is of a mind that people should pay for medical service, that way they will not use it as often.Yes, it appears that Santorum feels Americans use Health Care way too much. Mr. Santorum, I believe I would leave that to the Doctors not some jack ass of a Presidential Candidate from Pennsylvania. This is not just Santorums view but a majority view of the Republican't Party. It is also the same view of the Corporate Teabaggers. Also, Rick Santorum feels people should work till they die. No time off, no vacation. Those are reserved for the Billionares and Trillionares. If you can no longer work a job, according to jack ass Santorum, You go get another job similar to a Wal-Mart Greeter. And by the way, do your own job hunting don't depend on Government helping you. Here in is another talent of the Fundamentalist Teabaggers like Jack Ass Santorum. Santorum feels people depend on the Government too much. A Santorum Presidency might just see an end to Social Security, Social Security Disability, SSI, and a host of other needed programs that help the poor. Rick Santorum would not mind seeing the Elderly living in the streets, because if they are unwilling to work then they deserve nothing from society.

More reasons why I named the Iowa Caucuses 2 January 2012 Shame on you Award
Yesterday I named the Iowa Caucuses as the Shame on you Award winner. I did this because I felt the Iowa Voters would vote for someone to win not someone who will get jobs etc.
I also have other reasons why Iowa Caucuses gets the shame on you award.
According to Wikipedia, the process last only 2 hours which means if you are unable to attend at the given time of the Caucuses your out of luck. Also, Military personal overseas are out of luck because the Caucuses does not allow absentee voting. And another reason is that this thing is not a secret ballot. The peer pressure could possibly be very great on those who said they were voting for lets say, Ron Paul for the nomination and lets say your neighbors believed Rick Santorum should get it, you can see how that could effect your life for the rest of the year eh?
The Process seems very undemocratic to me. Also, why do they get to be first? Only 1% of the delegates are selected to the National Convention which is a very unimportant number.
I am with a bunch of people who are calling for a national vote for their primary candidates much like the national election for President is held in November. Maybe July 14 could be named Primary day and all the primaries are held on that day. Oh yes, we can make it a postal Federal Holiday that way most businesses would be closed so people could vote.

Iowa Caucuses, Winner of the Shame on you Award.
EDIT: The first 2/3 of this article are my ramblings about the Tea Party or Tea Baggers. The final third is my Shame on you Award for the Iowa Caucuses.

Well tomorrow about 6 stooges of the Fundamentalist Reconstructionist Dominionist Republican't Corporate Tea Bag Party will await the choir (Because basically that's who they are preaching to, not the rest of us but just those Republican't Teabaggers who live in Iowa)
Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, Michelle Bachmann, Rick Santorum, Ron Paul and Jon Huntsman all say they will stop Social Security cold, end the program and turn out all those who depend on it. They claim that if you do not have children to take care of you, tough luck. Also they want people to work till they die. They do not believe in retirement. I suppose they think there are plenty of Walmarts about for door greeter jobs. They also have very very very unkind words for those who are disabled and cannot work. Mostly they think that almost all the disabled are faking it. Those few who are truly disabled, according to the Tea Bags, can work some job.
Above all else, they feel that if you can't work you don't get to benefit from society. What should we do then Eh? Teabaggers... Roll over and die?
The Budget... Yes that's another point for these Teabaggers. They feel that the problem is a spending problem. Understand this is despite the fact that the USA had a Surplus before Acting President George the lesser took over. These Teabag candidates ignore the fact that george the minor child gave the Billionares and Trillionares a massive tax cut. And by Massive I mean huge. Like the Trillionares and Billionares got a cut that would equal 5 years pay for the 99%. That right there is more than enough to destroy a budget. Also two unfunded wars finished off the economy.
Try to tell the teabaggers this and they will generally shut you off. If you ask them about this in their Town Halls they label you a disruptor or a protester and toss you out of the meeting.
But this does not matter to the Iowa Republicans who will be voting tomorrow. All they want to know is, will the candidate who wins be able to defeat President Obama.
Notice that they care not for jobs, the economy etc, they just want to make sure the person that wins the Iowa election is able to defeat Obama. To hell with Jobs, Economy, Elderly and the rest.

NASA's Obsession
This is my view of the end of the world stuff. I believe the world will come to an end, when Jesus Christ says its time and not before. And I do believe that 2012 is NOT the year that Christ spoke of when he mentioned the world was going to end.
Now with that said, NASA seems to be on a debunking binge, er hope I spelled Binge right the spell checker seems to like it anyway. Over on MSNBC is yet another post debunking 2012. I ask NASA now, why are you so obsessed with debunking this story? This Urban Legend has been well debunked by NASA and many other skeptics already, why continue spending time on it.
Some will say that NASA has something to hide and that maybe so but I do not believe what NASA has to hide is about 2012. I wonder if maybe NASA is trying to get more funding from a very skeptical congress and so they want to make themselves look like they are the premier defenders of Science so they continue debunking 2012 over and over and over.
What this makes NASA look like is some obsessed person who cannot leave something alone.

If you want to vote for Republican Candidates in Virginia primary, you have to sign a loyalty oath (Which does indeed go against the Voter Rights act etc etc Hey Election Commission better keep an eye on this eh?)
However sources say this loyalty oath is totally unenforceable. The Secret Ballot makes it unenforceable. So if you sign one you are not obliged to obey it.
I suspect that the Virginia Republican't party is so afraid that President Obama is going to whip them in the fall that they are going to force or try to force via fear and intimidation citizens to vote for a dismal teabagger candidate.
Only problem with that is, the Oaths are unenforceable so please do feel free to change your vote if you wish.
