The Department of Homeland Stupidity, er I mean Defense, strikes again

Two British tourist were detained then sent back to Britain for making jokes over Twitter. Apparently, The US Department of Homeland Defense spied on Twitter and well, they did not like the jokes.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I apologize for the Stupidity that has become the Department of Homeland Defense. Their actions is inexcusable. Their actions are uncalled for. The Supreme Court has ruled that the Constitution protects anyone on US Soil. Apparently the Goon Squad police at the Department of Homeland Defense forgot this important fact.

This is very shameful. And whats more shameful is that there is no Person who is President or who is running for President, willing to take on the Department of Homeland Defense and Repeal all the various laws that have stripped our freedoms away.

MSM Apparent News Blackout of ACTA

It now looks like the big MSM media has ordered a news blackout of ACTA. Why? Probably to keep the people from knowing what President Obama has done to the Internet.

I am calling for a week long boycott of the MSM, you know, the big networks like NBC CBS ABC CNN MSNBC and Fox. Lets see what they do when we refuse to watch them for a week.

Boycott of Twitter for a day 28 January 2012

I am joining everyone in boycotting Twitter for a day Saturday 28 January 2012.

For those who have not heard, Twitter is now letting Governments including the United States censure Twitter.

This is dispictable and evil. So for 24 hours beginning at 11pm my time (Keeping with those on the east coast ) I will not be on Twitter.

Keeping private data on Google users, allowing Governments to tell Twitter what to censure, I see a pattern here. I think Google wants to kiss Government Butt.

I have been very sick for the last few days as you can probably tell from my light posting. I may take tomorrow and Sunday off in order to work on feeling better.

Have you heard the latest news? Twitter has caved in and agreed to Censure Tweets if Governments of the world demand it.

Whatever happened to the Twitter that took a hands off approach when it was used to overthrow tyrannies in Libya, Egypt and the other Arab Nations? I guess a Mossad or CIA agent got to them eh? It totally blows my mind at the about face that Twitter has taken to support tyrannies around the world.

I think people should stop tweeting for a day just to show how much we hate this idea of Twitter censuring post.

You cannot run from your past, Gingrich

First, Gingrich had to pay a heavy fine for violating ethics laws in the Congress. Then Gingrich took a salary from Freddy and Fannie Mac. Now he is lying about this and saying he took no money but yet the record is clear. Finally there are all those marriages of Newt Gingrich. What in the world is the Family Rights Movement thinking in supporting Gingrich? It seems the Family Rights Movement has thrown their values out the door in order to support Gingrich. So its okay for Gingrich to have multiple Divorces in the eyes of the Family Rights movement?

Really? Since when has the Family Rights Movement supported Open Marriage? Now who is flip flopping on values eh?

Additional thoughts on NRLC naming the defeat of Obama as their top goal.

Over the last few days I have been thinking about the announcement by the National Right to Life committee in their decision to make the defeat of President Obama their number one goal.
Now. Well If I was someone who had given millions of dollars to NRLC I would be very concerned with this development. First of all the donors to this group gave their money to developing alternatives to Abortion. Now they discover their contributions are going to be used for a purely political situation. There are a great many Democrats who are pro life and I bet they did not give money to NRLC to defeat Obama.
This is a great shameful act. NRLC should stick with fighting abortion not President Obama. Also I believe, in my opinion, in declaring that Obama is their number one goal, they have violated 501c3. That's the non-profit clause. For this reason I hope the IRS gets involved and if NRLC has indeed violated 501c3 I hope the IRS strips NRLC of their Tax Exempt status.
I seriously wonder if the leaders of the National Right To Life Committee ever gave thought that there are people who donated to them that like President Obama and regularly give money to support the President? NRLC say that Obama is the worse president when it comes to the defeat of Abortion. So what! Abortion is a very private matter that I feel should be decided between the person thinking about Abortion and God. No Government, no fringe group should ever interfere with this decision ever.

So this is my opinion: Using donations, that were meant to go to providing alternatives to Abortion, to defeat President Obama morally wrong, and it might be legally wrong. We shall see if the IRS decides to stop hiding and actually look into this. Who knows? The IRS may decide that this is ok. I do think that NRLC should rethink this and not use donated monies to defeat Obama but use those moneys that were specifically targeted to this cause.

One stupid Congressman is going to boycott tonight's State of the Union Address.

Doug Lamborn the idiot Tea Bagger from Colorado is going to be a big big big man (More like a little puppet for the Family rights Groups) and boycott President Obama's State of the union Address.

Now this next part is for Citizenlink. Karla Dial, With an approval of 51% I would say that President Obama's Common Central policies (Note they are not LEFTIST Policies) are very popular. Karla, I know you all lost the 2008 election but I feel its time for you to let go of that election. McCain lost fair and square.

24 January Shame on you Award goes to National Right to Life Committie

Their number one goal is totally unrelated to their cause... It has nothing to do with Abortion. Now, if you were working on changing people's views on Abortion, wouldn't you make as your major goal, something important to the defeat of Abortion right?

The Defeat of President Obama is the number one goal of these Twits from National Right to Life. Now I ask you, what does that have to do with Abortion eh? Its a violation of the 501C3 codes if you ask me. I think the IRS needs to check out this group that puts an non-abortion event first.

Funny, when Jack Ass George W. Bush, the illegally elected President was president, National Right to Life did nothing at all to battle the various wrongs Bush did. NRL did not speak out against the Patriot Act, They did not speak out against sneak and peek Search warrants and they did not speak out against Human rights abuses that the US Government committed in Iraq and elsewhere.

Its clear that National Right to Life has lost its way. They are so bitter over loosing in 2008 that they have decided to ignore their mandate and instead defeat a President who is under attack from Business and Corporate pressure groups.

Don't be fooled by this group. They have absolutely no reason to attack President Obama and they have no excuse for naming the defeat of Obama as their Number One Goal.

I would suggest those who gave money to this group might want to look at how the money is being used. Is it being used to defeat Abortion or to defeat President Obama? And by the way, when you all gave money to NRL did you expect it to go to such a blatant Political cause?

Update on TSA illegally Detaining Senator Rand Paul

After reviewing evidence, I fully believe that the detention of Senator Rand Paul by the TSA was a revenge act. Senator Paul dared critize the TSA on a national broadcast of CSPAN. The TSA could not let Rand Paul get away with it. The TSA knew Senator Paul would be flying out of Nashville, they rigged the scanner to go off thus forcing Paul into invasive pat downs and searches. If Paul had done what the TSA demanded they would had done stuff that would had caused him to miss his plane.

Senator Paul did the right thing in protesting the Twisted and evil TSA. Shame on the Obama white house for defending the TSA. The Press Secretary lied when he said that Paul was not detained. He was detained.

TSA violates the US Constitution when they Detained Senator Rand Paul

Article I, Section 6 states:
“The Senators and Representatives…shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same….”

The Transportation Security Administration detained Senator Rand Paul, then, as we have seen in the past, they lied about it. Senator Rand Paul said he was not allowed to leave a detention room for 30 minutes. According to the Constitution, Senator Paul should had been allowed to bi-pass the metal detectors.

We have seen the TSA lie before. They lied about removing the braces of a young child. They lied about rupturing a urine bag of an Senior Citizen. They lied about detaining a mother in San Diego after she had filed a major complaint against them.

Yes, I think the TSA has finally crossed the line. In detaining a United States Senator, they violated the Constitution of this great country. I will remind you that the TSA is lying when they say they did not detain the senator at all.
You all know I do not like Senator Rand Paul. But in this case I am on his side. As I read the Constitution, Senator Rand Paul and all the other members of Congress should not even have to pass through the security check point at Airports. They should be able to pass right through because no matter what their business is, it's still Congressional Business.
Did I mention that the TSA lies often? The TSA lied about breaking the breast implant of a Cancer survivor. The TSA did that twice. The TSA lied about stripping 6 month old children then they twisted it further by saying, that the Child who was clearly in distress, could had been a bomb in disguise.
TSA may had finally done something that will finally be the end of the organization.

Did I mention, detaining a United States member of Congress was against the Constitution, where here it is again.

Mr. Senator, there is no way around it. We tried reforming the out of control "SS like" Transportation Security Administration. We tried firing individuals who did the most harm.
NONE of it worked, Mr. Senator.

Before the creation of the Goon Squad, "SS like", Transportation Security Administration, Either the Sheriff's Department, or private airport hired security or even in some Airports, Airport Personnel themselves ran the Security Check Points.

Senator Rand Paul, I think it's time to return to the way Security was ran at the airports before the Advent of the Out of Control, Goon squad "SS-like" Transportation Security Administration. Not one terrorist has been caught by the TSA. Let me repeat that... Not one Terrorist has been stopped or caught by the TSA.

The only people stopped by the Goon Squad TSA are the citizens who are trying to get from point A to Point B. Then when the Transportation Security Administration Violates the law, they lie about it, just like they lied about holding you, Senator Paul, for 30 Minutes thus violating the US Constitution.

Please, Senator, when you do hold your hearings, call the little boy whom the Transportation Security Administration forced to have his Braces removed. Call the women whom the Transportation Security Administration violated, Call the various victims of Rape who feel violated every time a Transportation Security Administration official stuck their hands where they shouldn't have when they were patting them down.

Then Call the head of the Gestople, er I mean Homeland Security and right in front of her, Senator Paul, Demand that President Obama fire her.

Hopefully this is the end of the TSA. The way we did security before the TSA worked. It's very clear that the Transportation Security Administration is way out of control.

WSMV needs some help it seems with their Weather Department

Well I have returned home. I have been on the streets watching the weather as it came in. As I walked around my Friends called me. They tell me that WSMV completely ignored Smyrna, Franklin, and Murfreesboro Tennessee.

Hey WSMV, Murfreesboro, Smyrna and the other towns down there got just as bad weather as we did. I think you need to seriously examine your weather department. This habit of ignoring everything outside the city is rather disturbing and dangerous.

I wonder what would had happened if something bad had happened to Murfreesboro and the other towns and cities south of Nashville. Only after many complaints has WSMV started covering Murfreesboro.

Yes Newt won because of various Super PACs and their filthy hidden money. Here again we see another reason why Citizens United must be repealed. The Super PACS are immoral they are able to unload huge amounts of cash into a Republican't campaign and then the donors are able to remain hidden. It would not surprise me if some of the donors of this hard cash were the Church..

This feels as if Newt Cheated. We need to impeach John Roberts and then reverse Citizens United.

Call your Senators tell them to Block ACTA

Well now I have heard it all. ACTA, its an "Informal" Law that is suppose to go after Counterfeiting and piracy.

Mr. Obama, this is NOT a national Security issue I have had enough of government walking all over the Constitution. Sure, you may had found a way to get this law activated with-out the Senate's Approval but I bet when the Senators hear about this they will be extremely Pissed Off.

Mr. Obama, just because you made ACTA to where it is not new law, does not mean the Congress can still block it. They can. I urge everyone to call and Write your Senators and ask them to introduce a bill to block ACTA.

My Opinion on Citizens United Ruling

This was the worst case and worse decision ever of the history of the United States Supreme Court. Let me explain why this decision by bought off John Roberts is so bad. First, This decision now allows Corporations to buy off Candidates. The Candidates no longer have to worry about the Citizen and their vote. All they have to worry about is how much money is coming their way from Corporate Mongrels. Second this decision lets the church control candidates. The Church can donate money to a candidate and the world would not be able to find out about it because Supreme Court Chief Judicial Activist John Roberts made sure that all donations made after this Dread Scott type ruling were untraceable. The Church's allies in Congress could be counted on to make sure laws would not be passed that would reverse this sinister evil twisted law. (The Church in this case is the Fundamentalist Reconstructionist Dominist Church which is Christian in name only. They are barely Christian.) Finally, the Mafia would be able to buy off candidates because, thanks to Evil John Roberts, the money donated to candidates is untraceable. Now John Roberts has allowed the Mafia to control elections. Many Fundies want to make sure donations to causes like Prop 8 in California would go untraceable. However, in allowing such actions, Allows the Mafia to buy out candidates and make them do their will. In asking for a blackout on who gives to what, the Church allies itself with the Mafia. Yes they do.

To top himself, United States Chief Judicial Activist John Roberts then declared that Corporations are Human Beings. Not only is this incompetence, not only is this declaration that Corporations are Human wrong, it goes against the teaching of Jesus Christ. Christ said non animate objects do not have the same rights as man and I believe that Christ even forbade treating objects like buildings, corporations etc the same as someone would treat a human being. So by making this twisted decision, John Roberts has gone against God's word.

We are seeing the extreme harm that John Roberts has done to the Election system in the 2012 election. Already so-called Super Pacs, are making ads with unlimited funding and they do not have to report a damn thing to anyone. Many fundies say that Labour Unions are able to do the same thing. I say, no they are not. Labour Unions do not have anywhere near the same amount of cash as the Billionares and Trillionares.

The only good thing about this whole matter is that Courts have ruled against the Fundamentalist church, on the State level, and ordered full disclosure of who gave what to causes like Prop 8 in California. Full disclosure also prevents the Mafia from giving money to a candidate because if they give money to a candidate everyone will know that so and so candidate is a pawn of the Mob.

To end this draconian Citizens United ruling, we must get congressmen and senators elected that will 1) Reverse totally Citizens United and 2) Will Impeach John Roberts and his gang for making such an incompetent decision as Citizens United.

Interesting Timing for the Shutdown of Megaupload

I do not support illegal downloads of Music and Movies. However, I believe it was no accident that the FBI ordered a nation to take down Megaupload. I think the FBI was retaliating against those who protested SOPA.

I believe the FBI was wrong in taking down the site simply because they are not located in the United States. We have no business telling another nation what to do.

Again I feel that the take down of Megaupload is the FBI saying we will punish you for protesting SOPA.

I would call for a full investigation into the FBI over this but since the Congress is controlled by the Entertainment Industry, I doubt there will be an investigation at all.

Tomorrow is the 2 year anniversity of the 21st century Dread Scott Decision

Yeal 2 years since Corrupt evil John Roberts ruled that Corporations are people.

I plan on writing more on this subject, and I think you all already know I deeply oppose this draconian bill, known as Citizens United V FEC. This is indeed the Dread Scott decision of the 21st century and it will be what will forever paint Supreme Court Chief Judicial Activist John Roberts as a very evil man.

That is what we have now concerning SOPA and PIPA.

The Senate today Tabled PIPA and will not be voting on this draconian evil bill. Also the Republicans announced that SOPA will be tabled. Representative Smith said that the idea was not dead just that they were going to work on a bill that all can agree to. The MPAA meanwhile threw a fit. I get the feeling the MPAA is angry because Congressional representatives decided to listen to the people who voted on them instead of the MPAA who did not vote them into office.

Do not let your guard down. Some Representative like Lamar Smith might just attempt to force this bill through in the middle of the night in an attempt to dodge the voters. Until the Senate and the House declare the bill dead and no more work would be wasted on PIPA and SOPA, we cannot let our guard down. Keep fighting, keep calling, Tell them we are watching.

Senator Bob Corker Just Shut Up already!!!!

Earlier, I said that ALL Tennessee Senators and Representatives supported the evil and draconian SOPA.

Bob Corker was on Pro-SOPA WSMV tonight saying that those who protest SOPA were mis-guided and liars. I think the only liar is Racist Bob Corker.

So, Along with Lamar Alexander, I think I will give Racist Corker the Liar Liar Pants on Fire Award. Yeal thats most fitting.

Now, in 2012 in November, Vote against every Tennessee Rep that supports SOPA, lets vote em all out of office and yes this includes voting Bob Corker out of office also.

Mitch McConnell calls for shelving PIPA

Its not often that I give Republicans Praise. But Mitch McConnell has called for Democrats to shelve PIPA. This is huge. McConnell is the Minority leader and like Boehner opposes PIPA and SOPA. This is pretty good news for those of us who favor freedom and a free internet.

Please call Congress and remind them of all the Senators and Congressmen who now say these bills are evil. And once again, Shame on Representative Lamar Smith, who ignores the people he represents and says he will obey the will of the Entertainment industry and push through a floor vote on SOPA. Keep those calls going, we have not won yet, just won some major battles, the war is not over.

Boycott Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania, to my dismay, placed undue burden upon women by making Draconian Anti-Abortion laws in 2011. So I have decided to add Pennsylvania to the list of Boycotted States.

Pennsylvania can remove themselves by reversing these draconian Anti-Abortion laws.

Voter Fraud

Well well, Suddenly the Fundamentalist Reconstructionist Dominionist Rick Santorum wins Iowa. Many many questions. Where are the numerous missing Ballots? Why were people allowed to go on Vacation before turning in their boxes?

This almost looks like the Voter Fraud committed in Fascist Wisconsin. In that voter fraud, suddenly the pick of Fuhrer Walker suddenly receives 15000 more votes from out of thin air. Fuhrer Scott Walker claims the votes had been lost and suddenly they were found.

And in Iowa, Fundamentalist Santorum falls 8 votes short... Suddenly numerous votes are found, and Santorum wins by 30 votes. Also in a twist suddenly votes where Romney got 54 are suddenly just 4.

I am not fooled. Who in their right mind would write down 54 when they ment to put 4 votes down?

I smell Voter Fraud in the mass. I think the FBI should investigate this.

Tennessee Congressional Reps are Insane!!!

I did a bit of checking and found that everyone of Tennessee Federal Reps in Congress will vote FOR SOPA and PIPA.

They have said they do not care how Tennesseans feel about SOPA they will vote yes anyway and they say that the people will roll over and re-elect them all this fall.

Please flood their phones and E-mail boxes and remind them that We the PEOPLE are in charge, that they will do what WE WANT and if they vote for SOPA we will vote them all out of office!!!

You would think, after Millions of calls flooded Representative Lamar Smith's office, he would kill SOPA and PIPA.

Not at all.

Infact this evil SOB plans to carry out his vote, as if nothing had happened!!!

How does a man like Lamar Smith sleep at night? How??? He knows full well that he has lost his bid at Re-election simply because he backs and supports SOPA.

I am so disgusted with this SOB representative that I have created a new Award that only Lamar Smith of Texas will recieve.

The day after the great protest.

Well My site is back to normal. I hope I made a difference in protesting this draconian legislation that is supported by the RIAA, the MPAA, the Fundamentalist, and the Congress.

As I say before, if Stop Online Piracy act succeeds the internet is dead. It's that simple.

The Church likes this bill because if it becomes law, they can proclaim a non-Christian site, Piracy and have it removed. And the Congress loves this bill because they can then have sites that protest the Congress squashed and even jail those who oppose the Congress.

There is still time. Call your Senators and Congressmen, tell them to vote NO to SOPA.

NOTE: I decided to move my protest up an hour to Eastern time which is why this article still says 18 January 2012. I wanted to start my protest (The Blackout of yesterday that is) the same time as most of the other websites including Wikipedia. Hope my efforts pay off. It seems they are many who sponsored SOPA and PIPA have dropped their sponsorship of the bill. Keep calling Congress it works.

SOPA hearings tomorrow ALERT

Apparently the Congress is going to resume some sort of hearing about the SOPA tomorrow. Tomorrow, Wikipedia and hundreds of web sites will shut down replacing their normal content with that of protest against this RIAA - MPAA sponsored draconian legislation. This legislation is NOT NEEDED. its an attempt by Congress to control the internet. And yeal just in time for the Elections too!!! I suppose you can guess why the Congress wants draconian control, so that they can shut down coverage that is against any of their sites, and to block news that Congress now is at 4% approval rating among all Citizens.

Please, Everyone, call and e-mail your Senators and Congressmen, let them know you strongly oppose SOPA. Tell them you will vote them out of office if SOPA passes.

General Comments on the Election so far

Now there are 2 less Tea Bagger candidates running for Republican't POTUS. None of the candidates has the well being of the citizens at heart. At varying degree's, each candidate has bashed and trashed Social Security Medicare, Medicaid and Disability. There are no Tea Bagger candidates that say they will keep their hands off Social Security so it really amazes me to see Senior Citizens supporting each of these candidates. I believe one Senior Citizen said it all " I want Social Security to be there for my Grandchildren just like it was there for me. All these plans so far will ensure that Social Security is gone by the time they retire and I do not like that at all."

For now the only option I can think of is voting for President Obama. At least he has said he will not force drastic changes on Social Security like the 5 Teabagger candidates have.

One former worker said she lost her house because Mitt Romney fired all the workers at her factory then told them to re-apply... She was one of those who was not re-hired. She lost her house. Mitt Romney took money from when he sold off her factory, months later, and bought 4 houses then tore one down and made it bigger.

Mitt Romney says he created jobs. Yeal he sure did. The jobs he created were low skilled minimum wage jobs. About 75% of the jobs were temporary. As for wages, 90% of the wages at the jobs that Mitt Romney "Created" Were minimum wage jobs.

Mitt Romney took good healthy jobs, jobs that would had still been in existence even to this day, Mitt Romney took those jobs and destroyed them and then joked about it.

Then in New Hampshire, Mitt Romney said "I am not the Benefits President... If you want a President who stands by benefits, I am not your President. Vote for someone else". Mitt Romney.

An Ugly Myth

The Latest line the Fundamentalist Reconstructionist Dominionist are now trying to use is that 60% of all Gay people were abused at birth.

This is an absolute myth.

Senator Jim DeMint, Winner of 13 January 2012 Liar Liar Pants on Fire Award.

Senator Jim DeMint has a new book out. He is preaching dumping Grandma in the street and a whole lot of the same old same old tired warn out arguments, about how People should never depend on the Government and that we need to get back to our mythical roots.

Senator DeMint has always been against the will of the people. He always calls for a cold turkey end to Social Security and that people should not retire but work till they die.

Another tired argument, "People should not live Cradle to Grave with any government help". Senator DeMint follows this tired old argument to the core. He claims half the People are living off the other half which is totally not true. Its not true that people should never depend on the Government... Otherwise why have a government?

Senator DeMint does say the truly needy should be helped. But here its the rub: The help he is thinking of is the 48 hours of help that almost all churches give people. After that they try to get them some sort of "Just above Slave Labor" Minimum wage Job. As for Disability? The Church usually does nothing to help them beyond the 48 hours except try to get them a job. And Yes, I have hear rumors of some cases where the Church tried to get Paralyzed people jobs when the disabled person only needed Shelter and to be on a respirator.

Senator DeMint your book is awful, and is only a rehash of the same ole tired arguments that we must get rid of Social Security so the Army can have more money.

Mitt Romney is a corporate raider. He took over companies there were very healthy, ran them into the ground then he chopped them up.

I feel that We need to keep the pressure on this Vulture Capitalist. Romney defends his work. In reality Romney doesn't give a damn about the American Worker. He went into good companies, chopped them up for money and then sold the company and fired everyone.

He did this by taking good jobs, steel mill jobs, and he would buy out the companies, then he would Liquidate them. He could care less about the people who lost their jobs as a result. Romney won by loosing 60% of New Hampshire. He won with just 40%. I love how MSNBC and CNN are crowing that this is a major victory. Its no such thing.

Ladies and Gentlemen, our most vulnerable have never been in so much danger as now. Romney also said that the Citizens of this Nation do not deserve care from Cradle to grave.

Mitt Romney hates the Elderly, Disabled and Poor. If Romney were to win in November, I fear greatly for our Disabled Citizens and our Elderly Senior Citizens. Romney has proven he hates them.

However I felt some of my views were unnecessary and uncalled for so I re-wrote the article to make it better.

Pure hypocrisy

There is one and only one nation in the World that strictly regulates the content on Television. The United States. The reason for this is because of the Fundamentalist Reconstructionist Dominionist Church

Today, the FCC was taken to the Supreme Court, by the Broadcast networks, in order to defend its church created decency mandates.

The networks argued that 99% of content considered indecent is already being shown in homes via Cable Television.

I couldn't agree more with the position of the Broadcast Networks. Children today are already seeing what the Church is trying to block via over the air broadcast. The Children are seeing it on Cable.

And as I said, the United States of America is the ONLY nation that bans swear words and Strong Content from its over the air broadcast.

However. I do not feel the Supreme Court will give this case the fairness it should simply because John Roberts is not neutral as he should be. He constantly votes for the position of the church and big business. Let us not forget Citizens United Ruling. If this case were to get a fair hearing, Chief Judicial Activist John Roberts should had stepped aside and not heard the case. The other 4 Republican Judges should had done the same.

Instead Roberts will once again make an unfair ruling in favor of his Masters at the Fundamentalist Church and in Big Business. One cannot help but wonder if Chief Justice Roberts is taking payoffs from them as well.

New Hampshire

Tonight we will learn who won the New Hampshire primary. In 2008 it was Hillary Clinton. Which shows you how important the New Hampshire Primary is.

The only thing I will say is that none of the Republican't candidates are good for the United States. They ALL want to advance the Fundamentalist Reconstructionist Dominionist adjenda. They all want to put the church in power in the United States and not just any christian church, the Radical Far out far right wing church.

Its good to vote. So go vote up there in New Hampshire. But in the fall, I hope the independents and Democrats and yes even a few Republican'ts will see the light and see how much harm these Tea Bagger Candidates like Ron Paul, Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich will do to this nation. I fear for the Disabled and Elderly if either one of the Republican't Corporate Stooge Tea Baggers win.

Sunday Spotlight: My plan for ending the Debt with-out harming Social Security and other social programs.

My plan for fixing the Budget of the United States

My plan is quite simple. I Identify the problem then I solve the problem. And the problem with our economy is that one division of Government is robbing from all the other divisions. This Division has the Neo-Cons on its side, It demands equipment that is not needed and pretty much useless. It also hides behind a shield of secrecy.

My Plan for Reducing the deficit is simple. We must reduce our over bloated, military industrial complex military defense budget which is now about 3 trillion dollars a year.

Yes you heard me right, 3 Trillion.

That's 3,000,000,000,000 written out.

You say, the Government says the budget is closer to 700 Billion a year. They are not counting the top secret projects like all those classified Defense projects, projects that are hidden from public view. Think Area 51, and other test fields for our advance fighters. Also a lot of contract money is not included in the 700 Billion budget. Then there are the emergency request to fund the unfunded wars that George Bush got us in.

The Heritage Foundation says the Military plays no part in the deficit. They are wrong. The two unfunded wars destroyed the budget and pretty much crashed our economy. Also, we are trying to rule the world it seems.

As I have always said the United States is not the Policeman of the World. If we stopped being the policeman of the world, we would save hundreds of billions of dollars a year for the budget. Closing down the military bases found in other nations would save 1 trillion a year also.

Another leach on our budget is the unfunded, Massive Tax Cuts for Billionares and Trillionares. As you all know we had a massive surplus, our budget was balanced all because of the good work of President William Clinton.

The moment the Acting President George Bush came into office, he destroyed the surplus. The Greatest way he did this was to give 9/10ths of the surplus to the Billionares and Trillionares in the form of a massive Tax Cut.

Ending the Bush tax cut would pretty much bring in our budget to a balance.

So here is my plan:

1. Reduce the Department of Defense Budget to 50 Billion a year, and not one penny more. This includes secret spending and classified projects. In other words everything remotely linked to Defense must not drive the defense budget over 50 billion a year.
Only when we declare war on a Real Nation will we issue emergency funds for the Military. The War On Terror should be handled by the FBI. They did a very good job on arresting terrorist in the past. They got the Oklahoma City Bomber and the bombers of the basement of the WTC. The Military has no place going after criminal syndicates.

Savings: 3 Trillion Dollars.

2. End the Department of Homeland security
For 230 years or more the United States did not need a Gestople. Yes Gestople... Let's call Homeland Defense what it is, the Gestople.

Savings: 500 Billion a year.

3. End the disastrous Tax Cuts for Billionares and Trillionares.

Savings: 2 Trillion Dollars

4. Tax Churches.

Yes, I said Tax Churches and Christian Organizations that are currently on Non-Profit status. The reason is simple. They are trying to get their flocks as they are known, to vote for the candidate that is supported by the pastor or leaders of the Family Rights Movement.

If the church wants to keep their non-profit status, Get TOTALLY out of Politics Cold Turkey. Do not even get involved in local Government, State Government etc.

Taxing the Churches would get us at least 300 Billion A year.

5. Tax those who make over 500 Million Dollars a year, 65%. Also tax their net worth as well. If they are worth 500 million, 65% luxury Tax.

Doing these things will get us out of the deficit and at the same time we will not have to cut social programs like Welfare and our Social Safety net like Social Security.

By the way, Social Security, Disability, Medicare and Medicaid are not Entitlements.

About the 3 trillion defense budget. This is from estimates that I have read elsewhere on the web. It is clear that the Defense is hiding a lot of its budget and I estimate they are getting more money than advertised.

I will probably improve this list later on, but for now this is the final proposal.

This is another case to make the blood boil. There's a town in Pennsylvania called Dimock Township. This town has been effected by the process called fracturing which has left the town with-out safe and clean water.

The Evil Part: The EPA promised water delivery on Friday and today they said there will be NO water being delivered to the town. They gave no explanation.

This from MSNBC:

Dimock resident Craig Sautner said an EPA staffer in Philadelphia told him Saturday the water delivery was canceled. He said the EPA staffer, on-scene coordinator Rich Fetzer, would not explain why.

And this also from MSNBC

"We are actively filling information gaps and determining next steps in Dimock. We have made no decision at this time to provide water," EPA spokeswoman Betsaida Alcantara said in an email to The Associated Press.

There is something very very very wrong here. I think there should be a Congressional Investigation into the Criminal Activity in this matter, of the EPA.

Fuhrer Markell, The Tea Bag Governor of Delaware, has allowed various Family Rights Organizations to take over the States, Social Services via a Faith Based Panel of so-called experts. Need I remind Fuhrer Markell that there is in effect, a Separation of Church and State. I am a Christian and I agree that we need to totally separate the Church and the State from each other.

Full scale Economic Boycott of Delaware until Fuhrer Markell kicks out the Faith Based Groups.

Update on Tennessee Redistricting

I believe this news has to do with Federal or National Elections but apparently, the Republican party of Tennessee has decided against breaking up Democratic house district seat in Nashville. This apparently has nothing to do with the plan to re-district at the state level.

Doctor, Nash, apparently you have not read the Constitution of the United States and the Freedom of Speech. People can say what they want, the only exception is where human life would be in danger and there are not but a few situations like that, (Yelling fire in a theatre is one, Threatening the life of a President is another) saying two words does not even come close Jerry.

What these kids at this school did was shoot a video and here is the reason for the video :

The whole principal here runs foul of Free Speech Rights. And Cursing... What might upset one person, would not even make another take notice.

3 Day In Suspension for the students who exercised their Free Speech Rights, and Alternative School for the person who shot the film, while exercising their free speech rights. I agree with the Parents, this is very unfair punishment and I would hope that a Federal Investigation results from the Parents protest.

Why I will never vote for Mitt Romney or any of the Teabaggers running for President of the United States

To you, the Citizens of our great nation of the United States, Think Carefully... Right now, jobs are hard to find and times are extremely difficult. However, have you ever thought that the reason times are hard is because the Republican's are making it that way.

We know that Banks and many large corporations are Fundamentalist. Infact the Healthcare Industry are the ones who started the so-called Tea Party in the first place.

Remember when President Obama started office, Mitch McConnell said the Republican't parties platform for 2009-2013 was to make sure Obama was a one term president.

Please note: McConnell did not say they would help Americans find Jobs. He did not say that fixing the economy or bringing to justice those who caused this mess was their priority.

McConnell said defeating Obama was the only objective of the Republican't Party. Notice that he did not make Jobs the Priority. He did not make helping Home Owners with their payments a Priority.

I suspect the Banks and Many corporations have helped McConnell by locking away vast sums of money and by not hiring and by moving jobs overseas. They did this in order to wreck the economy and bring down Obama.

In other words, you, the voter, were sacrificed in the name of making Obama a one term president. I would be a bit mad at the Republican't Party if I were you!!!!!!!

Above all else, I would never vote for Mitt Romney or any of the Teabaggers running for President simply because Romney has came out very often and said that Vacations steal from Employers, retirement makes people Slothful, and that All people should work despite their disability and that people should work till they die. Many of the Teabag candidates have stated that if someone can no longer work they should move in with their children or parents and stop being a leach on the rest of hard working America.

This is why I will never vote for Mitt Romney, Ron Paul, Rick Santorum, and the rest of the Tea Bag field. I will also not vote for Rick Santorum because he is a racist bigot who feels that Citizens should not receive food stamps because they are too fat. After reading what Rick Santorum has said about African Americans, I now expect Rick Santorum to show up at an interview dressed in KKK robes.

Boycott Americans for Truth About Homosexuality

Yep, I am now adding the fringe site "Americans for Truth About Homosexuality" To my Boycotted Organizations list.

This site is very Homophobic and the hate rather rolls off the page there. Their latest target seems to be Dan Savage. Dan Savage continues pointing out truths about Homophobic Rick Santorum.

And Because of recent events I will be creating an "All American Hero" Award to highlight people whom I think have done good things and have stood up to Homophobia etc.

Also I am naming Peter LaBarbera winner of the 5 January 2012 Shame on You Award for trying to block appearances on the various Networks and television shows by Dan Savage.

The Right to defend your home

Over in Oklahoma, a few days ago, some thugs tried to break into a home where a young woman and her child were residing. Her husband had passed away due to cancer and she was alone with her child.

These thugs started breaking into her home and she called 911. The 911 operator said do what you have to, to defend the child.

She blew away the first thug that entered her home. He was armed with a knife and clearly ment to kill her.

The Second thug was arrested and get this, charged with first degree murder of his partner. Some how, Oklahoma law allows the partner of a thug that got killed while trying to committ a crime, to be charged with Murder of the partner.

Good. I hope they throw the book at the second thug.

As for the right of the woman to blow away the first thug, I say good for her. Yes I do support her right to defend herself. She did the right thing because that was her home, and its very very clear that the thugs were going to kill her.

Like the 911 Operator said, you gotta do what you can to defend your child.

If I had an award for bravery this young lady would get it.

Looks like ole Pat Robertson is at it again. He accuses President Obama of being a Dictator simply because he made a Recess appointment. Now if I understand right, when Congress is out of session, then the President can make recess appointments. Oh, there is also that thing about having a Quorum and having one man come in for 30 seconds to hold a False Session of Congress does not cut it. I would think that a session of Congress should have a full house... In other words, 100 senators and 430 Reps should be present before a full session is convened. Having one man does not count. Beth Harwell, truthfully, is redistricting the State of Tennessee so that the Republican'ts will have an easier time keeping the state house Red. Beth Harwell told the biggest Lie I ever heard when she said that she had no choice but to merge two Democratic Districts in Nashville. Beth Harwell's plan would cause a great many African Americans not to have representation in the Legislature. But then, Beth Harwell doesn't give a Damn. All she wants to do is make sure Tennessee is a Fundamentalist Reconstructionist Dominionist State for years to come.

What I want in a President of the United States

When I voted for Obama in 2008 I was hopeful that we would get a strong Liberal President who would with-in 24 hours of taking office, order all troops in Afghanistan and Iraq home and would close down Get-mo. We also hoped he would end all the American Patriot Act provisions that are totally illegal and against the Constitution.

What we got instead is a Coward who has no spine and rolls over and walks lock step with each demand of the Republican't Corporate Teabagger party.

What I want in a President is thus:

Someone who will veto any change to Social Security (This includes vetoing any provision raising the retirement age), Disability, Medicare and Medicaid. Someone who will stand up to the Fundamentalist Reconstructionist Dominionist Church and will send the IRS after each infraction of the non-profit Tax Laws. I want a President who will stand up to the Republicans and not give a single micrometer.

I want a President who does not call disabled, the Poor and those out of work, Leaches like Rand Paul, Rick Perry, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich and other Teabag Politician have done.

I want a President who will make single payer the law of the land concerning the Health Care issues.

I want a President who will make the people number one, not Corporate banker America.

This is a good start, So far, no candidate running for office meets this list.

Hoping someone will run who will defend Social Security and the people.

The worse Congressional Representative ever!!!

After the problems with SOPA and how our dear leader, Diane Black supported this dismal law that will kill the Internet, I will be doing all I can to make sure Diane Black's next job is in Murfreesboro, Smyrna or some other town in her soon to be former congressional district. Ms. Black is a danger to the Internet. She also is not representing her district at all. She signed a pledge with Grover Norquist and thus she represents his district on Wall Street instead of Murfreesboro. I do feel sorry for those down in Murfreesboro because Diane Black refuses to represent them at all.

This is what you get when a Congressional or Political candidate signs a no tax pledge, (Thus becoming the slave of Grover Norquist) or the Protect Marriage Pledge (Thus becoming the slave of the Family Rights Movement) or the Personhood USA Pledge. People who sign pledges do not represent their district. They represent the person holding the Pledge. If I were a person who lived in a district where the Congressional Rep signed a pledge I would be extremely upset.

Diane Black signed the Personhood Pledge, the No Tax Pledge and the Protect Marriage Pledge so she owes her loyalty to those who created the pledge. They say they sign the pledge to help their own voters but that's so much crap. In Murfreesboro the people want to increase Taxes on those who are the Billionares and the Trillionares. Diane Black responds by saying those voters are misguided and that she will honor her contract with the No Tax People. She totally ignores those who put her in office. Then again, since the criminal John Roberts declared that Non-Living beings have the same Constitutional Rights as people, those who put her in office bought her off via massive campaign contributions from secret PACs etc.

In 2012, lets send Diane Black and all the other Tea Baggers like her home. Lets send her a Pink Slip proclaiming that she is FIRED!!!!

And the winner of the 2012 Iowa Caucuses is

Apparently its Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum. Ron Paul who for a while was leading the Caucuses comes in third. There is a tie for first which is something else.

I really didn't expect much from this race. It was clear that a Republican't would win. Looks like a Hard Right Candidate and a far out Fundamentalist Reconstructionist Dominionist Candidate won. Romney has fewer problems than the rest of the pack of jackals. Just like the rest of the pack, Romney hates the elderly and Social Security. However, Rick Santorum let it be known that he hates African Americans (Even though he later retracted this). Rick Santorum is one of those Fundamentalist who feels that people should never retire and that all of society should not leach off the billionares and trillionares. Of course we cannot forget that Santorum had his kids enrolled in a Virginia School, during his tenure as a Senator, and yet had those same kids listed as being from Pennsylvania. Santorum later corrected this but still its right there. Also Santorum tried to make free public weather data unfree. He wanted to lock it behind a wall and have companies, like his Accuweather be the only ones who could give out Weather Data, for a price. Rick Santorum is corrupt to the core. He often bashes Gays, Women, and non Fundamentalist. He feels the freedom of Religion is Freedom to worship the Fundamentalist religion which by the way, is barely Christianity.

I fear a Rick Santorum presidency. First, Santorum is of a mind that people should pay for medical service, that way they will not use it as often.Yes, it appears that Santorum feels Americans use Health Care way too much. Mr. Santorum, I believe I would leave that to the Doctors not some jack ass of a Presidential Candidate from Pennsylvania. This is not just Santorums view but a majority view of the Republican't Party. It is also the same view of the Corporate Teabaggers. Also, Rick Santorum feels people should work till they die. No time off, no vacation. Those are reserved for the Billionares and Trillionares. If you can no longer work a job, according to jack ass Santorum, You go get another job similar to a Wal-Mart Greeter. And by the way, do your own job hunting don't depend on Government helping you. Here in is another talent of the Fundamentalist Teabaggers like Jack Ass Santorum. Santorum feels people depend on the Government too much. A Santorum Presidency might just see an end to Social Security, Social Security Disability, SSI, and a host of other needed programs that help the poor. Rick Santorum would not mind seeing the Elderly living in the streets, because if they are unwilling to work then they deserve nothing from society.

Rick Santorum ties with Mitt Romney in White Iowa. This should be the head line. For it is very interesting in all the screen shots of those Caucuses, I saw only White People. No Cherokees, No African Americans, Just WASP Teabaggers.

In 2012, lets not vote for Rick Santorum. Because your Grandmothers live just might be in danger if Santorum gets his way and ends, cold turkey, Social Security.

Pat, God told me he does not choose sides in Presidential Elections. I suspect God really told you to stop putting words into his mouth. Pat, what you don't understand is that God and Jesus Christ are NEUTRAL in elections. Shame on you Pat Robertson for saying otherwise.

How could Apple be so dense?

Apples I Phones will not locate Abortion Clinics. Over at the Fundamentalist Reconstructionist Dominionist, Family Rights Sights they are in full celebration to Apple blocking Abortion Clinics.

Apple says its a Glitch. If it is they might want to speed up the process for fixing it. Its also a strange glitch that it only effects Abortion Clinics eh?

For this, Apple, I name you the 3 January 2012 Shame on you Award. Also I have added Apple to my list of boycotted Corporations.

More reasons why I named the Iowa Caucuses 2 January 2012 Shame on you Award

Yesterday I named the Iowa Caucuses as the Shame on you Award winner. I did this because I felt the Iowa Voters would vote for someone to win not someone who will get jobs etc.

I also have other reasons why Iowa Caucuses gets the shame on you award.

According to Wikipedia, the process last only 2 hours which means if you are unable to attend at the given time of the Caucuses your out of luck. Also, Military personal overseas are out of luck because the Caucuses does not allow absentee voting. And another reason is that this thing is not a secret ballot. The peer pressure could possibly be very great on those who said they were voting for lets say, Ron Paul for the nomination and lets say your neighbors believed Rick Santorum should get it, you can see how that could effect your life for the rest of the year eh?

The Process seems very undemocratic to me. Also, why do they get to be first? Only 1% of the delegates are selected to the National Convention which is a very unimportant number.

I am with a bunch of people who are calling for a national vote for their primary candidates much like the national election for President is held in November. Maybe July 14 could be named Primary day and all the primaries are held on that day. Oh yes, we can make it a postal Federal Holiday that way most businesses would be closed so people could vote.

Well tomorrow about 6 stooges of the Fundamentalist Reconstructionist Dominionist Republican't Corporate Tea Bag Party will await the choir (Because basically that's who they are preaching to, not the rest of us but just those Republican't Teabaggers who live in Iowa)

Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, Michelle Bachmann, Rick Santorum, Ron Paul and Jon Huntsman all say they will stop Social Security cold, end the program and turn out all those who depend on it. They claim that if you do not have children to take care of you, tough luck. Also they want people to work till they die. They do not believe in retirement. I suppose they think there are plenty of Walmarts about for door greeter jobs. They also have very very very unkind words for those who are disabled and cannot work. Mostly they think that almost all the disabled are faking it. Those few who are truly disabled, according to the Tea Bags, can work some job.

Above all else, they feel that if you can't work you don't get to benefit from society. What should we do then Eh? Teabaggers... Roll over and die?

The Budget... Yes that's another point for these Teabaggers. They feel that the problem is a spending problem. Understand this is despite the fact that the USA had a Surplus before Acting President George the lesser took over. These Teabag candidates ignore the fact that george the minor child gave the Billionares and Trillionares a massive tax cut. And by Massive I mean huge. Like the Trillionares and Billionares got a cut that would equal 5 years pay for the 99%. That right there is more than enough to destroy a budget. Also two unfunded wars finished off the economy.

Try to tell the teabaggers this and they will generally shut you off. If you ask them about this in their Town Halls they label you a disruptor or a protester and toss you out of the meeting.

But this does not matter to the Iowa Republicans who will be voting tomorrow. All they want to know is, will the candidate who wins be able to defeat President Obama.

Notice that they care not for jobs, the economy etc, they just want to make sure the person that wins the Iowa election is able to defeat Obama. To hell with Jobs, Economy, Elderly and the rest.

NASA's Obsession

This is my view of the end of the world stuff. I believe the world will come to an end, when Jesus Christ says its time and not before. And I do believe that 2012 is NOT the year that Christ spoke of when he mentioned the world was going to end.

Now with that said, NASA seems to be on a debunking binge, er hope I spelled Binge right the spell checker seems to like it anyway. Over on MSNBC is yet another post debunking 2012. I ask NASA now, why are you so obsessed with debunking this story? This Urban Legend has been well debunked by NASA and many other skeptics already, why continue spending time on it.

Some will say that NASA has something to hide and that maybe so but I do not believe what NASA has to hide is about 2012. I wonder if maybe NASA is trying to get more funding from a very skeptical congress and so they want to make themselves look like they are the premier defenders of Science so they continue debunking 2012 over and over and over.

What this makes NASA look like is some obsessed person who cannot leave something alone.

NASA debunk it once, then walk away and move onto another topic. Thats what I did.

Normally I take Sundays off but I have read yet another display of stupidity from the Republican't Party, This time it involves the Republican't State Party in Virginia.

If you want to vote for Republican Candidates in Virginia primary, you have to sign a loyalty oath (Which does indeed go against the Voter Rights act etc etc Hey Election Commission better keep an eye on this eh?)

However sources say this loyalty oath is totally unenforceable. The Secret Ballot makes it unenforceable. So if you sign one you are not obliged to obey it.

I suspect that the Virginia Republican't party is so afraid that President Obama is going to whip them in the fall that they are going to force or try to force via fear and intimidation citizens to vote for a dismal teabagger candidate.

Only problem with that is, the Oaths are unenforceable so please do feel free to change your vote if you wish.
